David Lloyd Blake, 54, of 2200 block of Lincoln St., died July 5, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.
Born in Norfolk, he was a bricklayer for Thomas Blake Inc. He was a member of E.B. Hunt Club.
Survivors include three daughters, Arlene Farrow, Yolanda Davis and Brenetta Wilson; a son, Mark Smith; a sister, Arlene B. Murray; two brothers, Thomas Blake Sr. and Percy Blake Jr.; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two aunts; an uncle; and a special friend, Terry Wilson.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Holy Light Church of Deliverance by the Rev. S.L. Carruth, with burial in Lincoln Cemetery. The family will be at the residence, 2219 Lincoln St., Portsmouth. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
