Doreen Muir Brown, 93, died July 7, 1996, in Portsmouth.
She was a native of Ontario, Canada, and was the widow of Allan E. Brown. She was retired from Skippy Peanut Butter. She was a member of St. Andrew's United Methodist Church and Chadswyck Garden Club.
Survivors include two nieces, Marilyn Brosh and Natanis Gillies, both of London, Ontario, Canada.
A funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, by the Rev. Joseph G. Savinsky. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.
