Willie Montrell Wiggins, of the 1400 block of Old Oak Arch, died July 6, 1996, on the 1400 block of Virginia Beach Blvd.
Mr. Wiggins, a native of Virginia Beach, was a cook at Long John Silvers.
Survivors include a son, Gregory Montrell Colarusso of Virginia Beach; his parents, Annie Wiggins and Willie Wiggins, both of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Reshedia Wiggins of Norfolk, Abrian Wiggins of Virginia Beach; two brothers, Regenald Wiggins and Gregory Wiggins, both of Virginia Beach; grandparents, John and Ruth Robertson of North Carolina, Lester and Elizabeth Bridges of Portsmouth; his girlfriend, Maria Colarusso of Virginia Beach; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday by the Rev. Edgar Williams Jr. in First Lynnhaven Baptist Church. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The remains will be ready for viewing today from 3 to 8 p.m. The family will assemble at the residence at noon for the procession. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home is in charge.
