Gladys May Lounsbury, 79, of Thornton Hall Nursing Home, died July 4, 1996. She was a native of Mt. Kisco, N.Y.
Survivors include her daughter, Melinda Ann Launderville and her husband, Lewis Raymond Launderville Jr.; two sons, Samuel Peter McIntyre and David Charles McIntyre; a brother, Kenneth Gilbert Chamberlin; and 15 grandchildren.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Friday by Pastor Al Day in Bible Baptist Church, 1004 Edgewood Ave., Chesapeake.
