The only place for I-64 to start is at the Oceanfront in Virginia Beach. City Council should push for this designation so that some of the I-64 road will go East and West. I wonder why the people at the Oceanfront have not thought of this and put some pressure to bring the I-64 to its natural beginning - where the country had its beginning - on the East Coast of the Atlantic Ocean.
