Robert Lynn Goins Sr., 50, died Wednesday, July 10, 1996.
Survivors include two sons, Robert L. Goins Jr. of Portsmouth and Robert Kevin Wellbrock of Elizabeth City, N.C.; a daughter, Tammy Daniels of Atlanta, Ga.; his mother, Grace Eleanor Chapman and father by marriage, Thomas E. Chapman, both of Chesapeake; two sisters, Olivia Key of Windsor, and Ingrid Varela of Virginia Beach; a brother by marriage, Kenneth W. Chapman of Chesapeake; and two grandchildren, Robert K. Wellbrock Jr. and Dillion Goins.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Bonney Road Chapel, Kellum Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Eastern Shore Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Diabetes American Association, 101 W. Plume St., Norfolk, Va.
