Mary Alice Lineberry Lester, 71, of the 5500 block of Elam Ave., died July 10, 1996, at Norfolk General Hospital.
Due to weather and a power outage, Mrs. Lester's funeral service on Saturday was postponed.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the Gateway Freewill Baptist Church with Rev. Dale Burden officiating. Burial will be in Hampton National Cemetery following the service at the church. The family will receive friends at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service. Altmeyer Funeral Home is in charge.
