Rambunctious Hurricane Bertha blew out some of the big events last week, but Festevents has rescheduled them at Town Point Park in Norfolk. Tonight, The Smithereens and Falstaff play from 5 to 9 p.m. Admission is free. Judy Collins and Don McLean perform at the park Saturday; tickets are $12.50 in advance from Ticketmaster or $15 at the gate. Gates open at 5. And there's a Friday evening show with Blue Oyster Cult and Rick Derringer, from 5 to 9 p.m. It's also free.
