MARGARET D. PARTRIDGE

Margaret D. Partridge, 73, of the 900 block of Cambridge St., died July 16, 1996, in her home.

Mrs. Partridge, the widow of Alton M. Partridge Sr., was retired from the Norfolk Naval Air Station as a sheet metal mechanic after 30 years of service. She was a native of Portsmouth and a former member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church, Portsmouth.

Survivors include a son, Alton M. Partridge Jr. of Portsmouth; her stepmother, Hattie Diggs of Portsmouth; two grandchildren, Deon Partridge and Alonzo M. Collins; a great-granddaughter, Qushel Partridge; aunt, Pedro Langston; daughter-in-law, Dorothy Partridge; Doris Hawkins; and a host of in-laws and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday by the Rev. F.R. Williams in Corprew Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Hampton National Veterans Cemetery. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at noon today.
