Marguerite Thomas Kramer, 79, died July 19, 1996, in a Portsmouth hospital.
Mrs. Kramer, the widow of Harry Edward Kramer, was a retired secretary from the Admitting Office of Portsmouth General Hospital. She was a native of Russell, Ky., and a member of Cradock Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Richard B. Kramer of Suffolk, Harry E. Kramer of Jacksonville, Fla.; a sister, Virginia Bridges of Ohio; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday by the Rev. Neal Sasser in Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel. Burial will be in Olive Branch Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. and also at 3716 Shannon Road, Portsmouth, at all other times. Memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society or to American Diabetes Association.
