Thomas E. ``Bumps'' Fitzgerald died Friday July 19, 1996, in Salem VA Hospital.
He is survived by his wife, Katherine M. Fitzgerald; a son and daughter-in-law, David C. and Cathy Fitzgerald; a daughter and son-in-law, Darlene and Bill Clark, all of Concord; three grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Hill Bryant of Petersburg, Jessie Baird and Virginia Spencer, both of Dilwyn; a brother, Francis B. Fitzgerald of Concord.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in Pamplin Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Robinson Funeral Home, Appomattox from 3 to 5 p.m. today.
