Johnson Morgan, 84, of the 1600 block of Back Bay Landing Road, died July 19, 1996.
He was born in Princess Anne County and was a member of Big Piney Grove Baptist Church, Holland Road, Virginia Beach.
He is survived by his wife, Hattie Morgan; a son, Clifton Morgan of New York; a brother, Russell Morgan Sr. of Virginia Beach; two sisters-in-law, Lillian Morgan of Virginia Beach, Fannie Morgan of Georgia; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted Tuesday at noon at the Big Piney Grove Baptist Church on Holland Road by the Rev. Maurice Etheridge. Burial will be in Princess Anne Memorial Park. The remains will be in church at 10 a.m. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel is in charge.
