LEON V. PORTER

Leon V. ``Face'' Porter, 25, of the 4000 block of Cedar Lane, died July 20, 1996.

Mr. Porter was born in Portsmouth and was a truck driver for the City of Portsmouth.

Survivors include a stepdaughter, Kiesha Vaughan; parents, Eveleen Giles and Torrence Porter, and stepfather, Wilbur Giles; two sisters, Chiquita Giles and Theresa Brown; three brothers, Lamar Porter, Sheldon Porter, Johnathan Brown; grandparents, Herbert S. Porter and Ethel Porter; and special friend, Kimberly Vaughan.

The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. by Elder Taft Purkett in Macedonia Church of God in Christ. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge. The family will assemble at the residence.
