Emma Virginia Williams, 77, an office manager, died Thursday, July 18, 1996, in her residence.
Mrs. Williams was born in Norfolk. She went to Brevard County in 1966 from Clarksville, Tenn. She was a member of Women's Benefit Association and the Rockledge Country Club. She was a 10-year volunteer for the Association for Retarded Citizens in Rockledge.
Survivors include a sister, Dorothy Mac Welsh of Norfolk, and a brother, Edward T. Spruell of Chesapeake.
Cocoa Funeral Home in Cocoa, Fla., is in charge of arrangements.
