Susan Bills, 69, died July 20, 1996, in her residence.
She was born in Germany and was retired as a sales representative from Hallmark Cards.
Survivors include her husband, Bill B. Bills; three daughters, Carol Greenwood of Chesapeake, Barbara Haltigan of Virginia Beach and Deborah Waugh of Pennsylvania; a son, Charles W. Bills of Chesapeake; and eight grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today in Rosewood Memorial Park. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
