The Virginia State Bar has revoked the license of attorney Reuben S. Hill Jr. after allegations of misconduct.
The State Bar Disciplinary Board voted to disbar Hill effective July 12. The board announced the disbarment Monday but did not specify Hill's misdeeds. In a news release, the bar said only that Hill violated professional codes of conduct governing competence, promptness, zealous representation of a client and preserving a client's money and property.
Hill, whose office is at 870 N. Military Highway, has been licensed in Virginia since 1983. He could not be reached for comment. His office phone has been disconnected, and his home phone is unlisted. by CNB
