Arthur Nathan Phillips, 86, died July 23, 1996.
Survivors include his wife, Reva O. Phillips; two daughters, Frieda Cook of Woodland and Linda Dempsey of Chesapeake; and four sisters.
Graveside services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. in Woodland Cemetery by the Rev. Lemar Wheeler and the Rev. Lonnie Armstrong. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodland Rescue Squad or Woodland Baptist Church.
