Russell H. Parker, of the 700 block of Crystal Ave., died July 22, 1996, in his home.
Mr. Parker, a native of South Norfolk, was a retired clerk for the city of Norfolk. He was a member of Masonic Order: Excelsor Masonic Lodge (NU)87.
Survivors include his wife, Louise Parker; three sisters, Julia Miles and Harriet Lancaster of Norfolk, Marilyn Burrus of Chesapeake; a brother, Alvin Parker Sr. of Norfolk; and many other surviving relatives and friends.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Melvin Bellamy in Fitchett Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake.
