EILEEN M. PARKER

Eileen Malloy Parker, 52, of the 1200 block of Coltrane Drive, died July 23, 1996, in Portsmouth General Hospital.

Born in Portsmouth, she was a school supervisor for Deliverance Christian School. As a member of First Church of Deliverance, Portsmouth, she was a choir member, youth director and pianist. She was also a prayer counselor at Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN).

Survivors include her daughter, Carla Parker of Portsmouth; four sons, Steven Parker, Vincent Parker, Joseph Parker, all of Portsmouth, and Robert Parker of Bladensburg, Md.; stepmother, Elaine Malloy of Portsmouth; two sisters, Lillie Brown of Willingboro, N.J., and Althea Malloy of Hawaii; two stepsisters, Paulette Mayfield of Richmond and Janette Sutherland of Connecticut; three brothers, Joseph Malloy Jr. of Willingboro, N.J., William Malloy of San Bernadino, Calif., and Mark Malloy of Maryland; five grandchildren; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends; and a special cousin, Lois Johnson of Norfolk.

A funeral will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. E.M. Woodard in Twine Memorial Holy Temple, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Viewing at Corprew Funeral Home will begin at 10 a.m. Friday. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday. The body will be taken to the church at 10 a.m. Saturday.
