CHARLES A. WILFONG

Charles A. Wilfong, 67, died July 23, 1996, in his residence.

Born in Phildelphia, he retired from Westinghouse Electric in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Christ Gospel Church and was a U.S. Naval veteran of the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Linda L. Wilfong of Chesapeake; two daughters, Sheri L. Wilfong of Chesapeake, Michelle L. Scribano and her husband, Michael D. Scribano, of Waynesboro, Va.; a sister, Florence Gene Fahs of Hatboro, Pa.; and granddaughter, Sarah E. Scribano.

A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday by the Rev. Ted Richardson in Christ Gospel Church. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Christ Gospel Church, P.O.
