I am enraged and sickened that another child has died in a senseless, stupid shootout. Just once I would like to hear - from those who fired the guns - what they use as an excuse. What in God's name is worth enough anger to kill a child?
Why not build an enclosed arena where people with guns in hand and axes to grind can go and shoot at each other - safely away from children? At least some of the violence would be contained and little children like Blanca Garcia and Taylor Ricks would be spared.
