Sue E. Haynie, 99, widow of Leslie Franklin Haynie, died July 24, 1996, in a Virginia Beach hospital.
Surviving are a son, T. Fred Haynie of Reedville; a daughter, Dell H. Roberts of Virginia Beach; a grandson, John W. Haynie of Reedville. Also surviving are 17 other grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Haynie was preceded in death by three children, Leslie F. Haynie Jr., Willard T. Haynie and Sue Constance Moore.
The funeral was held at 3 p.m. Friday in the Jones-Ash Funeral Home, Rainswood, Va. Interment is in Roseland Cemetery, Reedville. Memorial gifts may be made to the Northumberland Rescue Squad, Box 1, Reedville, Va. 22539.
