John Don ``Pete'' Palmer, 73, of the 300 block of Whitehead St., died July 28, 1996, in Norfolk Community Hospital. He was the widower of Lillie Palmer.
Survivors include two daughters, Michelle McDowell of Norfolk, Sherry Myers of Chesapeake; a sister, Helen Peters of Washington, D.C.; and a host of relatives and friends.
The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Graves Funeral Home Chapel.
