NORFOLK - Arlene Lee Bishop Evans died Sunday, July 28, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital.
She was born June 9, 1949, in Lincoln, Neb., to Lloyd D. Bishop and the late Evelyn Bishop.
Arlene was a much loved daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She was a talented photographer and was employed by Lifetouch Portrait Studios. She reached the hearts of those who knew her and will be deeply missed by all.
She was predeceased by her mother and joins her in the kingdom of God.
Arlene is survived by her father; a daughter, Michelle Evelyn Barnes; two sons, Michael Stephan Barnes and Paul Craig Evans; two sisters, Janet Bishop Smith and Paula Bishop Neis; three brothers, Lloyd K. Bishop, Larry K. Bishop and Ralph N. Bishop; a granddaughter, Emerald Lee Barnes; three grandsons, Gaven Kane Evans, and twins, Justin Michael and Jacob Stephan Pilotti; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Thursday in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, by the Rev. Ernest Trueblood. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
