Mr. Walter Edward ``Nick'' Gray Sr., 79, died Tuesday, July 30, 1996.
Mr. Gray was a member of The Moose Lodge (NU)39 in Norfolk. He worked as a welder with Norfolk Naval Shipyard and was a self-employed painter for several years.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth L. Gray; a son, Walter Edward Gray Jr. of Norfolk and his wife, Sharon; a daughter, Dawn O'Hearn of Virginia Beach and her husband, Richard; three grandchildren, Jon C. Roman, Meagan L. Roman and Baby Gray.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Thursday with services immediately following at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, Virginia Beach. Interment will follow services in Princess Anne Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
