Clarence Baker, 71, of the 2400 block of Dunbarton Road, died July 31, 1996.
Mr. Baker, a native of Lenoir County, N.C., was a Baptist. He retired from Norfolk and Western Railroad after 40 years. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
Survivors include his wife, Juanita D. Baker; a son, Allen L. Baker of Virginia Beach; four sisters; a brother; and a grandson, Allen L. Baker Jr. of Williamsburg.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday by the Rev. Terry Beck in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel, today from 7 to 8 p.m.
