A man arrested last week in Suffolk for working a profession
without a license claimed to be a supervisor for Southern Roofing
of Richmond. The Richmond company is not connected to Southern
Roofing of Portsmouth, according to Suffolk police, who are not
investigating Southern Roofing of Portsmouth or anyone associated
