The North Carolina's Outer Banks Homepage Initiative has been recognized by Best of the USA as one of ``Only the Two Best Sites'' in North Carolina. The other site was the Charlotte Observer's.
The ``Best of the USA'' is sponsored by JR Freelancing Internet Presence and Web Page Design, in Wisconsin. The two voted-best web pages for each state are listed with all 50 states represented on the Best of the USA site.
