Anne Kathryn Andresky, 86, of 611 Smith St., a retired secretary from Montgomery Ward, died Aug. 1, 1996.
A native of Ford City, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Frances Zubik Woytowicz. She was a member of St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Church, St. Mary's Women's Club, Older Adult's Club, Christian Woman's Club and served as an eucharistic minister. She was a former member of the N.C. Board of Catholic Layman Association, and a member of the Obici Hospital Auxiliary. An avid golfer, she was a member of the Suffolk Women's Golf Association, Smithfield Downs Ladies Golf Association and Metro Golf Association.
Survivors include her husband, John A. Andresky; a sister, Helen Woytowicz of Ford City; and nine nephews.
The funeral will be conducted Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Mary of the Presentation Catholic Church by Father Thomas B. Nee and Father Christian Haydinger. The family will receive friends in the R.W. Baker and Co. Funeral Home Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. with a Christian wake at 4 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Mended Hearts Club, c/o Donald W.
