A 23-year-old Norfolk man died early Sunday after he was shot during an apparent argument at the Ponderosa Club in the 1100 block of E. Olney Road, police said.
The argument started inside the club about 4:20 a.m. and spilled into the parking lot, a police spokesman said. The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he died at 7:25 a.m. His name was being withheld until relatives could be notified.
