BRIGHT TIGHTS GIVE WEARERS A LEG UP ON FASHION

Tighten up

Printed tights with catchy motifs and designs will add some whimsy to fashion, this fall, offering a fun way to link outfits and shoes.

Several top designers, including Donna Karan, Cynthia Rowley and Todd Oldham, have created a spectrum of tights.

South Hampton Roads' newest fashion venue is the new Target store in Chesapeake. Other Targets recently opened in the Washington, Baltimore, Richmond areas, and on the Peninsula.< Another is to set to open in Norfolk in October. The discount department store chain says it will sell more upscale clothing than its competitors.
