JACKSON DESERVES DAY IN COURT

I am outraged at Commonwealth's Attorney Robert Humphreys' blatant attack against School Board member Tim Jackson during the June 27 trial with Judge Tyler.

I urge Judge Tyler not to throw out charges against Mr. Jackson. I am appalled at Mr. Humphreys' continued apparent vendetta against Mr. Jackson. I believe the only way the truth in this School Board matter will be revealed is if Mr. Jackson has his day in court.

Mr. Humphreys was an original supporter of Mr. Jackson. In a recent news interview he claimed Mr. Jackson had let him down. Please, Mr. Humphreys, tell the voters how he let you down.

When Mr. Jackson is found innocent of all charges, I want Mr. Humphreys and all public officials involved in this cover-up to resign and pay back any money the taxpayers have paid them since their involvement.

Mr. Jackson is fighting these charges to defend his name and reputation. His family and friends support him in his decision to have his day in court.
