Patricia E. Tuggle, 48, of the 1400 block of Philmont Ave., died Aug. 7, 1996, in a Chesapeake hospital.
A native of Staunton, Va., she was a paralegal for Rutter & Montagna. She was a member of St. Matthews Catholic Church.
Survivors include her husband, Monroe W. Tuggle; a daughter, Nicole E. Tuggle of the home in Chesapeake; her mother, Magdalene K. Elliott of Lynchburg, Va.; a sister, Jo Ann Clark of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; two brothers, Robert Elliott of Amherst, Va., and James M. Elliot of Houston, Texas. She was predeceased by a brother, Scott Elliott.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday in St. Matthews Catholic Church by Father Timothy Drake. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. today in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
