Interested parties have until Sept. 29 to notify the Department of Health and Human Services in writing, and applications must be filed within 90 days from the date the department receives notice of interest.
Approved uses include emergency shelter, transitional shelter (up to 24 months) or feeding of homeless people.
Inquiries should be directed to the Department of Health and Human Services, Director, Division of Property Management/AOS/PSC, Parklawn Building, 5600 Fishers Lane, Room 5B-41, Rockville, Md. 20957. (301) 443-2265.
