MIDLOTHIAN - Barbara Ann Ross, beloved wife of Lion John C. Ross Jr., past district governor of District 24-D, Lions of Virginia, passed away Aug. 7, 1996, at Johnston-Willis Hospital.
She is survived by her daughters, Terry Whitaker, Debbie Bidlack and Gayle Lebert; and stepsons, William Ross and John Ross III; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held in Hope Haven Home for Children on North Landing Road in Virginia Beach on Wednesday, Aug. 14, 1996, at 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Barbara's memory to Hope Haven Home for Children, P.O. Box 6185, Virginia Beach 23456.
