Beall E. Davis died Aug. 9, 1996, peacefully in her home. She was the widow of Col. W.A. Davis, U.S. Army, West Point Class of '31.
She is survived by her son, William A. Davis III of E. Wakefield, N.H.; and two daughters, Grace E. Davis and Anne D. Hunt of Virginia Beach; and seven grandchildren. She will be missed greatly.
The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery at 10 a.m. Thursday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice.
