Raymond Lee Hall, 80, of the 400 block of Perry Town Road, died Aug. 10, 1996 in his home.
A native of Hertford County, he was retired from Norfolk Naval Amphibious Base. He was the son of the late Joseph and Fannie White Hall.
Survivors include a daughter, Gayle Perry of Colerain; a son, Joseph E. Hall of California; two sisters, Mildred Alston of Virginia Beach and Inez Wiggins of Ahoskie; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. today in Highland Memorial Gardens, Ahoskie, by the Rev. Frank Howlett. The family will be at the home of Lloyd and Gayle Perry. Harrell Funeral Home, Gatesville, is in charge of arrangements.
