Phyllis Spiaggi Kirkpatrick departed this life Aug. 12, 1996, in her home with her loving family in attendance.
She was a native of Portsmouth, and was a pharmacy technician at Portsmouth General Hospital for more than 20 years.
She is survived by her husband, Roger L. Kirkpatrick; a son, Jerry A. Prince and his wife, Teri, of Richmond; a daughter, Jennifer P. Breunig and her husband, Tony, of Portsmouth; her mother, Elva Spiaggi of Portsmouth; three brothers, Joseph Spiaggi, John Spiaggi and Laurence Spiaggi; two sisters, Edith Rider and Frances Spiaggi; four grandchildren, Bethany, Cameron, Caitlin and Mackenzie; two stepchildren, Timothy and Crystal; and a granddog, Vixen.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Loving Funeral Home Chapel, Churchland, by Father James E. Gordon. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
