Aubrey Coles Brooks, 83, passed away Thursday Aug. 15, 1996.
He was a native of New Point, and a charter member of the Mathews Coast Guard Auxillary. He was a member of Oriental Lodge (NU)30 A.F.&A.M., Mathews, and the Khedive Temple. He was a member of Colonial Avenue United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Doris P. Brooks; a daughter, Diana More of Norfolk; a niece and several nephews.
There will be a graveside service at 11 a.m. Tuesday in H.C. Smither's Cemetery, Hudgins, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Colonial Avenue United Methodist Church. Arrangements are being made by Foster-Faulkner Funeral Home.
