Elsie Virginia Hiller, 68, of the 400 block of King St., died Aug. 15, 1996, in her residence.
Born in West Point, Va., she attended Berean Chapel in Portsmouth.
Survivors include two daughters, Barbara H. Lowe, Tina H. Eaton, both of Portsmouth; a son, Donald G. Hiller Jr. of California; nine grandchildren, Donny, Marie, Neil, Angela, Albert, Sheila, Samantha, J.J., and Dustin; and seven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Tuesday in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens by Pastor Jorge Antezana. Snellings Funeral Home, Churchland Chapel, is handling arrangements. Memorial donations may be made in care of Tina Eaton, 714 Berkshire Road, Portsmouth, Va. 23701. The family will receive friends at the home of her daughter, Barbara H. Lowe, 3721 Town Point Road, Portsmouth.
