Joyce A. ``Tillie'' Reber, 58, of the 1600 block of People's Road and formerly of Lebanon, Pa., died Aug. 18, 1996, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
She was born in Coshocton, Ohio, on April 5, 1938, the daughter of the late John and Gertrude Reed Ruhl. She was employed in food preparation at Ryan's Restaurant, Chesapeake. She was a graduate of Annville High School in Pennsylvania.
Survivors include a son, Jon P. Reber of Holly Hill, Fla.; a daughter, Lisa, wife of John Roemer of Chesapeake, with whom she lived; two sisters, Janet, wife of Lester Adams of Manheim, Pa., and M. Jean, wife of James Hartman of Lebanon; and four grandchildren.
