Robert A. Perkins Sr. died Aug. 22, 1996, in his 77th year.
He was the beloved husband of the late Ethel Perkins. He was the loving father of Robert Perkins Jr. of Chesapeake and Warren Perkins of Norfolk. He was the loving grandfather of Katie Perkins. He was the beloved son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Homer L. Perkins of Rochester, N.Y.
He was a long time member of the Calvin Presbyterian Church of Norfolk. A graveside service for Mr. Perkins will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach. All funeral arrangements are being handled by Kellum Funeral Home, Rosewood Chapel.
