Norman Michael Stephens, 14, of the 2900 block of Pennsylvania Ave. South East, died Aug. 22, 1996, in Children's Hospital of the King's Daughters.
Born in Landover, Md., he was a student at Terrell Junior High School. He was a member of Norfolk Methodist Church and their Bible Study.
Survivors include his mother, Ida Irene Spence and his father, Norman Spence of Washington, D.C.; grandparents, Martha Butler of Norfolk and Rachel Spence of Alexander, Va.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be conducted noon today by the Rev. Finley O. Jones in Norfolk United Methodist. Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is in charge.
