Survivors include his wife, Ana Santiago of New York City; three daughters, Blanca Ramos and Anna Cruz, both of Virginia Beach, Diana Santiago of North Arlington, N.J.; a son, Norberto Santiago Jr. of New York City; three sisters, Hortensia Negron of Bayamon, Puerto Rico, Carmen Mercado of Miami, Fla., Milagros Santiago of Hatillo; a brother, Julio Santiago of Bronx, N.Y.; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral wake will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday by Father Leo Manalo in Smith and Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
