David Raymond Flora, 46, a native of Chesapeake, passed away Aug. 10, 1996, in a Radford, Va. hospital.
He was preceded in death by his father, Howard L. Flora Sr. and his stepfather, David L. Withrow Jr.
Surviving are his fiancee, Tammy L. Ritter of Belspring, Va.; a son, David Keith Flora of Pearisburg, Va.; a daughter, Destiny Danielle Hancock of Dublin, Va.; his mother, Juanita E. Withrow of Virginia Beach; four sisters, Mildred L. Kellum of Greenbay, Va., Barbara J. Sweat of Victoria, Va.,and Linda F. Scott and Ginger V. Duke, both of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Howard L. Flora Jr., Donney H. Flora and Keith A. Flora Withrow, all of Virginia Beach.
