WILLIE MAE MASON-BROWN

Willie Mae Mason-Brown of 75 Wellesley Drive died Aug. 20, 1996.

Born in Portsmouth, she was a member of First Baptist Church Jefferson Park, Newport News, and was a member of the the Chancellor Choir and Entrance Group.

She is survived by a son, Ernest Mason of New York City; two sisters, Shirley Williams of Portsmouth and Callie Mitchell of Baltimore; two brothers, William Mason Jr. of Grafton and James Mason of Schenectady, N.Y.; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. W. Bernard Schiele in First Baptist Church Jefferson Park, Newport News. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Portsmouth. Fisher Funeral Home is in charge. ILLUSTRATION: Photo
