Forlinda Michelle Harper, 17, of the 2900 block of Darius Ct., died Aug. 23, 1996.
Survivors include her mother, Betty Harper, and father, Ronald Harper, of Chesapeake; a sister, Tiffany N. Harper of Chesapeake; three brothers, Pvt. Ronald Harper II, Mark A. Harper and Terry L. Harper, all of Chesapeake; fraternal grandparents, George and Lula Harper of Chesapeake; maternal grandmother, Forlinda Petaway of Washington, D.C.; grandfathers, Howard Daniel of Roanoke Rapids, N.C., and Isaiah Patterson of Chesapeake; a nephew, Zonnie V. Harper of South Carolina; and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
A funeral will be conducted noon Tuesday by the Rev. Kevin White in Willow Grove Baptist Church, Chesapeake. Burial will be in Willow Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. Pretlow and Sons' Funeral Home, Chesapeake, is in charge.
