Frank Lewis Tutino, 77, died Aug. 23, 1996, in a Norfolk hospital. He was the husband of Mildred ``Millie'' Tutino.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church by Rev. Brad Bradshaw. The family will receive friends on Monday at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Kitty Hawk United Methodist Church.
