Gary D. Parsons Jr., 19, of the 1400 block of Ski Lodge Road, died Aug. 24, 1996.
Born in Agana, Guam, he was employed by the U.S. Marine Corps.
Survivors include his parents, Gary D. and Norma Parsons of Virginia Beach; three brothers, Albert Parsons, Ronald Parsons and Brian Parsons, all of Virginia Beach; and his fiancee, Jennifer Keeley of Virginia Beach.
A funeral will be conducted noon Friday by Father Stephen Gergel in Little Creek Amphibious Base Chapel. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.
