B. Todd Williams, 29, died Tuesday Aug. 27, 1996.
He was a graduate of Nansemond-Suffolk Academy and Barton College. He was the assistant book store manager for the college.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Faye and Sherwood Harrell of Suffolk; his father, Leslie L. Williams Jr. of Windsor; sister and brother-in-law, Tara and Art Moore of Suffolk; half sister, Leslie L. Williams III of Windsor; stepsister and brother-in-law, Kimberly and Danny Williams of Courtland; stepbrother, Stanley Harrell of Virginia Beach; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Ellis of Suffolk; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd S. Byrd of Suffolk; and step-grandmother, Pearl Harrell of Edenton, N.C.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday in Southside Baptist Church, Suffolk, by Dr. Robert White and the Rev. Stewart McCarter. Burial will be in Holland Cemetery, Suffolk. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at Hill Funeral Home and other times at 1996 Kings Highway, Suffolk. Memorial contributions may be made to Barton College or to a favorite charity.
